Simple Turkey Chili
Healthy and tasty. 2 things I add to the original recipe: 1. the liquid from the beans. Helps to thicken and add taste. 2. small/medium can of chopped or diced green chiles. unfortunately, I also leave out the cayenne due to my wife's low heat tolerance--though I put it in if she's not having any :P

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
i've cooked a bit, but yesterday was my first turkey. thanks for your recipe, which worked great. i added about 6 cups of water, chopped celery, and more chopped onion to the pan, with the neck and heart. once turkey was done, i strained it, and added another 2/3 cups water mixed with ~4 tablespoons corn starch...heated and had a great gravy.

Caprese Appetizer
perfect appetizer regardless of the persuasion of the main dish(es). i like drizzling Balsamic vinegar over son and wife prefer it the way the recipe is.
