Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

We love this recipe and make it for guests often. We fluctuate the amount of chilis and peppers based on our guests' preferences. It's so delicious with a slice of sourdough and green salad on the side. Yum!

Spicy Peanut Chicken

This is a favorite in our family! I substitute 1 package of firm tofu for the chicken and it tastes delicious. When I use tofu I like to double the sauce recipe so that the tofu picks up the additional flavor. Yum!

Ginger Shrimp with Fried Rice

This was so tasty and very refreshing. I substituted some crunchy sugar snap peas for the corn which was a great addition. Thanks!
