Men Love This Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2014
Hubby liked this steak. Only changes I made was using onions instead of red peppers and feta cheese instead of blue cheese. Thanks for the great recipe.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2008
This is definately the best recipe I have come across yet. I followed the recipe exactly as it is and they turned out great. They are a little sweeter than what I am used to, so I will cut back on the sugar a bit. If you dont like muffins too sweet I would definately cut back on the sugar a bit. Not too much though.

Baked Vegetables I

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2004
I made this for Thanksgiving. It was a hit. Everyone was asking for the recipe. The only change I made was the type of soup mix. I looked all over for the Lipton Herb and Garlic and couldnt find it. Maybe we dont have it in Canada. I ended up trying two different soup mixes. I used the Lgvipton Roasted garlic and onion and Knorr's herb and garlic. Both were great, but the Knorr was the favorite. You also dont really need the potatoes but if you do use them follow the advice from the others. Cook the potatoes on their own for 10 minutes before adding the rest of the veggies. Otherwise your will end up with over done veggies. Thanks from me and many others for this recipe!!!!!!

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
This is a good recipe. I followed the advice of others and used canned tomatoes. I also added more garlic. The only problem I found was that there was way too much pasta. The sauce was really good but mixed with that amount of pasta, its gets lost. Next time I will cut the pasta amount in half. The good thing about this recipe is wether or not you like lots of sauce or not, you just adjust to your liking. The sauce is really great. Thanks for the recipe! I will definately make it again.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2003
Thankyou Bridget!!!!!!!!!!This is a fantastic recipe. We all know how hard it is to get kids to eat veggies, especially green ones. This recipe solved the problem. It is wonderful. The whole family loves it. I followed the others advice and used a little less butter and cheese. I grated cheddar cheese instead of cubing it. I cant say enough about this recipe. Thanks again.

Italian Roast Beef I

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2002
I did this recipe in the slow cooker. Very good. I thought there might be too much spice for the kids so I only put in 1/2 tsp pepper. 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp basil. I also only used 2 cubes of the bouillon. It was very tasty and we had no left overs. It makese a wonderful gravy. Great recipe, thanks

Salsa Chicken

This was a really good recipe. It was a little spicy for my kids but that can easily be adjusted. I added about 1/2 cup water to make more of a sauce and served it over white rice. Very good!

Angel's Old Fashioned Beef Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2002
Excellent recipe! My jaw hit the floor when my 8 year old got up for seconds. I did as the others suggested and added 1 can of diced tomatoes, Thyme, Rosemary, sage and instead of garlic powder I used real garlic. I didnt have any Worcestershire sauce, so I used a combo of soy sauce and hp sauce. Thanks!!! :)
