Chocolate Chess Pie II
This pie has been a holiday tradition in my family for as long as I can remember, and it's still my favorite! My mom told me to sift the cocoa first and add a dash of salt. Also, top with Cool Whip and you have the perfect pie for chocoholics! Oh yes, and it is wonderful when made a day ahead, refrigerated, and served cold.
