Tanya's Snickerdoodles

Perfect cookie and simple to make. I made them per the recipe and they made 4 dozen. I ran out of the cinnamon/sugar mixture that you roll them in. So I will double that part of the recipe next time.

Hearty Ham Casserole

WOW... this was great. I doubled the recipe and shared it with a friend. Be sure not to over cook the potatoes before putting them into the baking dish with the other ingredients. They will finish cooking in the oven. There is plenty of sauce.

Hot Corn Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2005
I accidentally dumped a can of cream corn in this instead of the white corn. It was a little runny , so I added 1/3 cup of monterey jack cheese. It was a hit. I'm making it again this weekend per the original instructions.

Amy's Healthy Fruity

This was excellent. I added a dash of strawberry extract. I used no fat cheap yogurt and splenda to taste. I toasted wheat germ and mixed it in as served. I used 2bs of carnation powdered milk to make it creamier.

Chicken Salad with Couscous

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2002
I served this cold. It was excellent. Would go well as a side dish or a meal with bread. My son hates cooked peppers and enjoyed the raw peppers. Very colorful!!Suggest you take liquids you will cook the chicken in and mariante chicken in it for at least 30-60 minutes before cooking/

Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2002
Excellent!!Would be great over pork tender loin.I used appple juice instead of water and cinnamon instead of cloves. I double the cinnamon & mustard and brown sugar. Once cooked I drained off juice added a little more apple juice and thickened with cornstarch....Extra sauce is great over stuffing....
