Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
This was so easy and delicious. I added a little more seasoning and cooked the giblets from the Turkey, chopped and added them to the dressing. I also only needed 4 cups liquid and it turned out perfectly moist. We were running late so I cooked it on high for 1 1/2 hours and then turned down to low for another hour. Great Recipe!

Brown Rice Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2006
This was great. I didn't understand a couple of the reviews that said it was dry. This is very creamy. I had some brown rice left over from another recipe so I had to scale the recipe back to match the amount of rice I had. I left out the almonds but I added chopped waterchestnuts and that gave it a great crunch. I also used turkey bacon to cut back fat a little more. So simple to make.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2005
I made this dish tonite and listened to the reviews about the butter. I added only a little over a tablespoon and they were just right. Also, if you like a little kick - add more chili powder. This was so good.

Mediterranean Tilapia

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2005
I had bought Tilapia for the first time and tried this recipe. I changed a couple of things and it was delicious. I left out the capers as my husband will not eat them. Then about 2 minutes before it was done I sprinkled the olives and tomatoes on top and added some crumbled Feta Cheese. I put it back in the oven to soften the cheese and basted it with the juice in the pan. Wow!

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2004
I was a little skeptical to try after reading a couple of the reviews but this was very good. I can only assume they did not follow the recipe quite right. My husband & I are on a low-carb diet so I used the new Dreamfields Pasta and whipping cream (Yum). I also used extra sharp cheddar which gave it a real cheese flavor. I will make again.

Lobster Salad with Red Devil Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2003
I made the dressing for a regular salad and it was way too thick for that. Then I re-read the recipe and it said to pour dressing around the salad instead of on. The taste of the dressing was delicious. I ended up thining this up with some red wine vinegar and tobasco sauce and it still had a wonderful taste.

Breaded Rib Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2002
The roast turned out so moist and delicious. I added additional garlic and some rosemary. Be carefull not to put the breading on the roast over the same pan you are roasting in. The loose bread mixture falls in the pan and becomes very hard while cooking. You don't want it in your gravy. I had to pick these out before I made gravy so I will know better next time. Definitely make when you want to impress someone!

Apple Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2002
This was very good. Test the cake for doneness ahead of time as I overcooked it by about 5 minutes. It was still moist and kept that way for days.

Awesome Ham Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2002
I have been visiting All Recipes for quite a while but never joined. I fixed this salad and had to write a review. This is the best pasta salad I have ever had. I cannot believe the combination of ingredients that all come together with the dressing. Delicious.

Potato Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2002
I tried this tonite and it was delicious and very easy to make. I served it with a little lemon-flavored white sauce on top. I also used seasoned poultry stuffing instead of dry bread crumbs - Yum!
