Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
This is the first banana bread recipe I could get my family to approve of, and they beg for it! Just a note... I tried it as muffins which didn't turn out so well, but the bread is to die for. I also sprinkle a little of the cinnamon sugar on top before I bake it and it makes a delicious crust.

Crab Legs with Garlic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
So fast and easy. My husband and son loved it and said it was so delicious they didn't even need clarified butter. We will be making crab legs more often with this awesome recipe.

Stuffed Shells III

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
Great!! I added 1/2 pound browned Italian sausage to the sauce for an extra kick. Also, we have a family of three so as I stuffed the shells I split the recipe in two smaller baking dishes and put the second one in the freezer for later. Perfect.

Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
This was really great! I cut everything in half (and used blackberries because that's what I had) and baked in an 8X8 for the 30 and 30... perfect! Will make again and again.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Excellent! Using some of the tips: I used flour tortillas (instead of corn) and didn't grill them, cut into sixths (this made it much easier to serve), dipped them in the green sauce, added a can of sweet corn and a prepared package of Spanish rice (divided into equal amounts on each layer), mixed a packet of taco seasoning into the sour cream then mixed the sour cream with the chicken (which I boiled instead of broiled then shredded) before layering. This is a new family favorite.

Chicken and Dumplings III

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
Excellent! Like others I added carrots, celery, some garlic (while the chicken was boiling), and used cream of chicken soup instead of the cream of celery, but prepared the rest the same. Second time and my Southern grown husband loves it. Thanks, Melissa.
