Good lasagna recipes are hard to come by but this one was very easy and very good. I used the shredded Italian mixture of cheese you can buy and whatever pasta sauce I had in the pantry. I also sauteed up some ground beef and added chopped mushrooms. Definitely a keeper! Thanks.

Cold Corn Salad

This is a great alternative salad that you can have for a couple of days. I didn't have a green pepper but did have an orange one - don't think it matters what colours you use. Didn't have a red onion but did have green onions so I chopped up some of those and I also added a bit of dried dillweed. Turned out great - my husband loved it. Will definitely make again. Thanks.

Greek-Style Baked Salmon

Made this last night and my husband said to make sure I make it again! Lots of mmming going on at the table. I didn't have any red onion or the olives but I did have sun-dried tomato and basil feta cheese. I also took the advice of another reviewer and sprinkled Greek seasoning on to the salmon before adding the tomatoes. Next time I'll try it with all the ingredients.

Ciabatta Bread

I followed the recipe to a "T" and it came out great. My husband said it tastes just as good as the ciabatta bread from the bakery. I think using the bread flour helps to keep the dough from getting to "runny". The dough was a little sticky but not what I expected from reading the reviews. I will definitely make this again and try to spice it up with herbs and/or cheese. Great recipe!

Bacon Cheese Fries

I luv these! I had something similar to these in Idaho and they were called Idaho nachos. Instead of cheddar cheese, they used a combination of mozzarella and monterey jack cheese and chopped up green onion. They were served with sour cream. Regardless, they were delicious.

Turkey Potato Casserole

This is a great base recipe for leftover turkey. I layered leftover stuffing with the turkey and mixed some of the juice from the canned beans to the soup to thin it out a bit. I didn't add the onion as my husband isn't a big onion eater. I also used a low sodium soup or will also try a low fat soup. I didn't use the cheese cubes but just sprinkled shredded cheese on top of the potatoes about 15 minutes before it was finished cooking. We both enjoyed it very much and will definitely do it again.

Haddock Au Gratin

Both my husband and I loved this recipe. I lowered the fat by using 1% milk instead of all the cream and it came out great. I also added about 1/2 tsp. of dijon mustard and used only sharp cheddar. This has already become one of our regular dishes.
