Everyone praised this quiche! I used fresh kale and Hungarian Walking Onions from the garden, plus fresh spinach. I did not add a crust but cooked the whole thing in one old-style iron frying pan (with eggs from my laying hens :) ). It cooked more quickly with the iron preheated. This is a real keeper--yum!
