No Bake Cookies V

Ridiculously easy and ridiculously good! Whipped these up for fun one night when I had a sweet tooth craving. Barely took any time to make...or to eat! Next time, might spread all the mix out on a cookie sheet, let cool, and cut or break into pieces. Yum!

Simple Savory Quinoa

I didn't realize I didn't have onions or garlic until I started cooking (of course!), nor the lime, but it turned out delicious anyway! Hubby and I both loved it and I'll absolutely make it again. I'm curious to see what the lime does to the taste, and I can see how garlic and onion would give the dish a more well-rounded flavor. Quite yummy! I'm happy to have another way to prepare quinoa!

Bacon Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies With Maple Glaze

These are SO easy to make and absolutely delicious!! I used most a jar of bacon bits because I was being lazy about the bacon. While the cookies turned out very, very good, in retrospect I think cooking and dicing bacon would lend a far more bacon flavor to the cookies, so I'll do this next time. And, oh yes, there WILL be a next time!!
