Texas Ranch Chicken
REALLY GOOD w/ a few changes. Spray w/Pam, not oil . Before I added Cheddar, I layed a slice of Armour Dried Beef(in the small jar). It made for a real boost in taste. Use 1/2 sour cream/Ranch. The grave/sauce is wonderful. This is an easy, good recipe w/much potential to "do your own thing". I also like it w/green pepper slices & a little garlic powder. Thanks for the keeper recipe,Jan!

Chocolate Frosting I
WONDERFUL!! I'VE FOUND THAT USING COCOA INSTEAD OF CHOCOLATE PIECES ALWAYS MAKES A BETTER TASTING PRODUCT. I ALWAYS USE COCOA FOR FUDGE, CAKES, FROSTINGS, ETC. IT JUST HAS A DISTINCTIVE FLAVOR THAT I ABSOLLUTELY LOVE...& THIS ONE'S SO EASY. ALSO, IT HELPS TO SIFT TOGETHER THE COCOA & SUGAR FOR A SMOOTHER TEXTURE!

Moody's Green Beans
I, TOO, ONLY USED 1/2LB JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE (OUR FAVORITE). I LIKE CRM OF CELERY SOUP, SPRINKLE OF LEMON JUICE TO BRIGHTEN THIS UP. USED 1/2 THE SOUR CREAM AND ADDED SMALL AMT OF CHEDDAR TOPPING. THIS WAS GOOD AND CAN BE SO VERSATILE. I'M NOT MUCH OF A "PLAIN GREEEN BEAN" EATER CAUSE THEY'RE SO BORING. BE SURE TO RINSE THE CANNED BEANS TO GET RID OF THAT METALLIC TASTE.
