Banana Crumb Muffins
Very good! the more topping the better, i made more topping then what the recipe called for. And i like to make my muffins big (the top is the best part and the more you fill in the muffin liner, the bigger the top gets). So it made a few less then the recipe called for. Everyone at work loved them.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
very easy to make and delicious! I used Italain bread crumbs so i omitted the parsley and oregano only b/c it was already in the bread crumbs I used. Whole family loved! I made these for my dad once who is a big beef eater, and he loved these, had seconds! I didnt add the shredded cheese on top until the chicken only had 10 min left. The first time I did it, the cheese got too crispy and looked burnt.

Easy White Chicken Enchiladas
delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, except I cooked chicken breasts on the stove top and shredded/cut up into pieces. I also added 1-2 small spoonfuls of black beans in the tortilla before i added the chicken/sour cream mixture. My picky son (who claims he doesnt like beans) LOVED these. My husband ate the leftovers for lunch the next night and he never eats leftovers. Mine made 8 large tortillas.
