Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Was really delicious. After I dipped my chicken in the butter, I sat my chicken on a plate and seasoned it with paprika, onion powder and black pepper. I also used Italian bread crumbs instead of plain bread crumbs. I took the others suggestions and layered the bottom of my pan with saltine crackers and bread crumbs. I also broiled my chicken for about 45 seconds after it was done cooking.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Omg! This was so good. After reading the reviews....The changes I made to it was seasoning my chicken with Italian season, seasoning salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and garlic salt. I also used Hunt's Garlic and Onion spaghetti sauce. (You will have left over mixture/stuffing).....With the left over mixture I added some finely chopped (cooked) Italian sausage to it and stuffed some jumbo shell pasta. Pour some spaghetti sauce over the pasta and sprinkle some cheese and TADAAA you have a delicious meal?????Super easy and quick TIP...If your chicken breast are thin it will be better to roll them instead of making the slit.

I added a little more milk, vanilla, and sugar to the batter. It came out great my whole family loved it. I will definitely make it again.

Lazy Lasagna II

This was pretty good! However I did add some Sweet Italian sausage, fennel seeds, dried parsley and dried basil and a little sugar to the sauce to give it more favor. (I also simmer my sauce for 15 mins) It turned out great. I well definitely make it again.
