Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2014
This recipe was so easy and quick! And so much better than the bottle stuff. I changed a few things it improvise with what I had available in my pantry and fridge and it was fabulous. Added fresh crushed garlic, fresh green onions, didn't measure anything but used less sour cream and mayo and made my own buttermilk with milk and vinegar and added it to thin it out. Added the other dried herbs salt and pepper to taste. Perfecto!!! Never buying that bottle stuff again. Thank you!!

Chiles Rellenos (Stuffed Peppers)

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2010
Made these for dinner and they turned out great. They are more filling then regular cheese filled chiles. We don't eat our chile rellanos with rice as a side we usually have them with corn tortillas as I serve them with a broth of sauted onion, garlic, tomato and cilantro with chicken broth. However, I did add potato and carrots with the meat mixture making it a picadillo. Yummy!

Superb! My family loved it. I added onion powder, sazon (latin seasoning) and fresh thyme. The roast was super soft and moist.
