Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast with Peaches

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2013
Very good!!!! I halved the recipe since it was just me, my husband, and our 2 yr old. There was still leftover peaches after we filled up our plates. Next time, I will half the half recipe. Will be keeping this in my recipe box for holidays and special occasions. I substituted cream cheese for the mascarpone since the grocery store was out. It tasted wonderful. I'm sure you could substitute any kind of fruit for the peaches like strawberries, blueberries, apples...endless possibilities.

Baked Ziti II

Very good recipe. My husband loved it too. Instead of mozzarella cheese, I used the Italian blend and it had a more distinctive flavor.

Pizza Casserole

Loved it, just might use rotini noodles next time because these didn't hold enough sauce. My 2 year old ate it up!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Very good cookies. The recipe was easy using ingredients I already had in my house. Cooked them for 9 minutes and they were crispy on the sides and chewy inside. Just perfect.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2014
Really, really good and I cannot stand jalapenos normally. Followed the recipe to a T, and used Panko bread crumbs. Next time I might use montery jack cheese.

Campbell's Kitchen Sweet and Sour Chicken

So amazing! Use soy sauce on the rice and eat up! I never seen my husband eat so fast! I'd recommend a little more chicken than 1lb.

Taco Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2014
This is sooo good. Instead of cheddar cheese, I used a fiesta blend with many different Mexican cheeses. Its really good if you mix it up with sour cream and scoop it as a dip on tortilla chips instead of eating it with a fork. Next time I will try and add black olives to it.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
Really good peanut butter cookies with simple ingredients. Very rich too, almost need a whole glass of milk. The only thing I would suggest is to add a little flour because they crumble apart and cook for longer than 8 minutes. Mine were still doughy in the middle. Other than that, wonderful cookies!

Prego® Easy Skillet Chicken Parm

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Very good and easy recipe to create. Next time, I might add more sauce and simmer longer cause it seemed like it burnt up all the sauce.

Santa Fe Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
Very easy to make and my husband loved it. I recommend not leaving the soup on warm on the eye because it burned the rest of the batch. That was my fault. Will make again.

Maple Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
These pancakes were bland and tasteless. I tried adding some sugar and cinnamon, but still didn't help. My batter also seemed really thick, but I think I mixed it too much.
