From-Scratch Venison Stroganoff
I have used this recipe many times just as written. It is delicious and the meat is so tender. The sauce is perfect, and has the right amount of tang from the combination of sour cream, Worcester, and tomatoe sauce. So good in fact that today I came back to this loved by all recipe, this time using beef stew cuts rather than the venison. Thank you for sharing your great recipe.

Thick Cut-Outs
Absolutely LOVED this cookie recipe....I halved it because I only had 5 eggs on hand. It still made a nice bunch of cookies. I did not use the frosting recipe listed but stuck to my old standard icing. Love the Almond flavor and the slight crunch at first bite but soft inside. :-) They kept their shape so the Rabbits, chicks, and carrots stayed nice for decorating. I rolled my dough to about 3/8 inch rather than 1/2 just so I could make more with half batch recipe and they were still plenty BIG and FAT....see my photo above. :-) Happy Easter baking everyone!

Brick-Oven Pizza (Brooklyn Style)
This makes an Awesome pizza! I made it exactly as written and would not change a thing! Very satisfying flavor and texture! This pizza knocks all others out of the ball park (or rather off the pizza stone!)! I won't be searching any longer for a better pizza recipe, this is the one! My entire family raved about it! Thanks for sharing this great recipe :-)
