Beautiful Me!!!!!
About this Cook
Im not much of a cooking person but when I do I love to make people say wow!!! I mostly shop, party, drink liquor and wine, dance, and go out with friends. Im hispanic so I love to have fun most of all.
My favorite things to cook
I love doing appetizers and deserts. I like to try new recipes and make food that my family hasnt taste yet. Love all spanish food but Im into italian and asian.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well the most important thing when cooking in my family is music. I dont think we do anything without it. LOL No special traditions, we just try to have fun at whatever we do.
My cooking triumphs
Well Im kind of a perfectionist. I dont give nothing without tasting first, I make sure they like my cooking everytime. I also add my own touch to recipes, I know more than anybody what my family loves.
My cooking tragedies
Baking is definitely not for me.. Dont like to make a mess and food that is too time consuming. I like simple and delicious.

Chocolate Strawberry Banana Milkshake
In all my shakes.. I replace half of the milk with the carnation evaporated milk. It gives it a little kick... Try it next time!!

Dominican mangu doesnt have peppers... You're suppose to peel the green plaintains and add salt to the boiling water. We dominicans put butter before we mash them also. The onions taste better if you add a pinch of seasoned salt and a little bit of vinegar before you fry them and use canola oil like another member said.
