Creamy Hot Cocoa
I always add equal amounts of cocoa and sugar, it's never too sweet. No salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla. And cut down on the boiling water or it can make the finished product too watery. I've never used half and half, but whipped cream tastes great!
