Sesame Seared Tuna

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
AMAZING! I made it exactly as the recipe said...well almost. I didnt use the olive oil. I used cooking spray and an electric grill. Came out amazing. This is a keeper! I paired it with Asian Coleslaw and grilled asparagus.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
I made some tweaks to this recipe to suit my taste. But i wanted to share with everyone reading this that using Unlce Bens Converted rice makes a HUGE difference. I also like to add toasted sesame seeds to the finished dish. Hope this helps.

Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
this is a very simple yet tasty recipe. I did make a few changes to it. I decided to omit the salt being that the dry soup mix was already seasoned. I didnt have onion soup so i used what i had which was beefy onion. I also added half a poblano pepper, half of a small onion (both diced), and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to one pound of ground turkey. I mixed it all in a bowl and sectioned it off to make 4 patties. I pan seared them 5 min each side. They were delish!!!! I will make again and again and again. Maybe next time i will post a picture. They got eaten up before i could even take a picture.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
This was a very simple and yummy recipe! The only change i made was that i added about 2 tablespoons of water to the pan after adding the lemon juice. I also made roasted broccoli with lemon, garlic and olive oil. Dinner was great tonight!!!! **UPDATE** I just used the dry rub on flounder to make fish tacos. AMAZING!!!!! And instead of salsa for the tacos i used Mexican sour cream, added some dry rub mix...EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
This was a very easy recipe. It came out so juicy. The only tweaks i made to it was that i stuffed the turkey with spanish onions, 1 garlic bulb cut in half, lemons, and a rosemary sprig. I baked the turkey uncovered and basted it every hour. Not bad for my very first turkey. Everyone raved about it. This is a keeper!
