Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
Made this with vegetarian sausage crumbles "fausage" from Morningstar farms and homemade bread crumbs of french and wheatberry bread. None of my carnivore friends complained about the 'fausage', even the picky ones. Instead they all RAVED over the dish. It's quite good! I intend to make this for holiday gatherings from here on out! Try it veggie style, you won't be disappointed!

Cranberry Hootycreeks

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
I wish I could give this recipe more than 5 stars....I took the advice of another reviewer and kept the sugars separate. However, on my second jar I forgot to separate, so I ended up making a batch for myself. These are the BEST cookies in the entire world, period. They're so much more than I ever imagined a cookie could be!

This dough can be a bit crumbly, but the cookies are amazing! Well worth the mess. :)

Pumpkin Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
Delish! I had pumpkin pie filling that I wanted to get rid of and used this along with 3T or so extra cumin (omitting the sweeter spices called for in the recipe). The substitution made me nervous but it still turned out great!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
Thanks for this recipe. I have been incapable of making a decent biscuit until now. I add 2 cups cheddar cheese, a splash of milk, 4T poultry seasoning and garlic salt to these-AMAZING!

Awesome! I didn't have basil on hand, so I used fresh rosemary instead. Delish! Thanks so much!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
This sauce is AMAZING! I have looked for years to find an at-home sauce that is worthwhile, and let me tell you, this is IT! I know this is "quick and easy" but if you have the time try this: Roast a bulb of garlic beforehand and incorporate it (whole is fine)-wow. I had one leftover from the other night and after adding it, well, it rocked my and the fiance's socks off! I also used the other suggestions and added fresh garlic to the melted butter instead of powdered. I served this over pasta with oven roasted tomatoes, rosemary and garlic (400 degrees for approx. 1 hour). Delish! Definitely a keeper!
