Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
This was absolutely the BEST! It was so MOIST. YUM! The only thing I omitted was the coconut. Also, I crushed 5 (Puerto Rican) Rum soaked pineapple rings in the blender to add instead of can crushed pineapple. Fabulous recipe! Thanks.

Quiche
One word for this basic Quiche recipe: WOW! It turned out fabulous. I did make some substitutions. As suggested by other reviews, I used heavy cream instead of milk and I omitted the pimento peppers. Other changes I made were: I substituted the ham for smoked turkey sausage (I diced 1/2 cup of Hillshire Smoked Turkey Party wieners), I added 1/4 cup of diced onion, upped my salt & ground dry mustard measurements to 1 tsp, added 1 & half tsp garlic and just a sprinkle of season-all salt. The Swiss cheese and smoked sausage compliment each other well! Taste GREAT!!!! Thanks for the recipe.

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties
This was a really good recipe. However, I'd have to agree with the other comments about seasoning proportions with the amount of meat used in the recipe. So, I'd suggest either doubling the seasonings or reduce the amount of meat to 1 pound of ground turkey (which I did; yielded 10 medium patties). Also, I wanted my sausage to be a little sweeter so I added 4 teaspoons of brown sugar and an extra teaspoon of salt. You can also substitute the brown sugar for maple syrup. I also added 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to make it stick together better. My "test" sample was delicious! Enjoy & thanks 4 sharing!
