Coconut Cream Cake I

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

THIS WAS NOT MY FAVORITE RECIPE, BUT OTHERS WENT CRAZY OVER IT - MY AUNT ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE RECIPE. IF I WERE TO MAKE IT AGAIN, I WOULD DOUBLE THE DRESSING PART OF THE RECIPE.

Crab Canapes

MY HUSBAND LOVED THESE (HE CLAIMS TO HATE CURRY). I THINK I GOT THE WRONG DOUGH I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME SEPERATING IT, AND HAVING THEM END UP LOOKING GOOD.

THIS IS GREAT RECIPE. I MADE THE MEATBALLS AS DIRECTED IN THE RECIPE. THEN RELIZED IT MIGHT NOT BE ENOUGH FOR THE CROWD I WAS HAVING SO I RAN TO THE STORE AND BOUGHT PREMADE, NEXT TIME I'LL JUST BUY THE ONES FROM THE STORE THEY WERE JUST AS GOOD.THE SAUCE WAS A LITTLE SPICY FOR ME AND I DIDN'T EVEN PUT IN THE FULL 3/4 CUP OF CHILI SAUCE. NEXT TIME I'LL ONLY USE 1/4 CUP AND TRY THAT. BUT EVERYONE LOVED THEM.

Pizza Pinwheels

THIS IS A GREAT FAST AND EASY RECIPE. I DIDN'T HAVE THE PEPPERONI ON HAND SO I DID ONE WITH JUST CHEESE, AND ONE WITH BELL PEPPERS. I ALSO ADDED SOME OF THE SAUCE TO THE DOUGH BEFORE BAKING. THE DOUGH WAS MORE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH ON THE BELL PEPPER ONE. BUT OVERALL GREAT FOR A QUICK AND EAST APP.

Classic Spanish Sangria

EXCELLENT! I ADDED STRAWBERRIES, PINEAPPLE, OJ, PINEAPPLE JUICE, AND A SPLASH OF SPRITE. I HAD TO MAKE 3 MORE BATCHES OF IT THROUGHOUT THE PARTY. IT'S GREAT, BUT IT WILL SNEAK UP ON YOU. THANKS FOR THE GREAT RECIPE.

Neiman Marcus Cake I

THIS IS WONDERFUL!! IT'S MORE OF A BROWNIE TOPPED WITH CHEESECAKE DESSERT THAN CAKE (AS OTHERS HAD MENTIONED). BUT IT IS TRULY WONDERFUL. MY SISTER IN LAW EVEN CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO RAVE ABOUT IT. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS A LITTLE TO CHOCOLATY FOR HIM, BUT THAT IT WAS YUMMY. I MADE THIS IN A 10 INCH ROUND CAKE PAN, SINCE I MADE IT FOR A BIRTHDAY. I REALLY LIKED THE PRESENTATION THAT WAY.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

This is a great quick and easy meal! The only thing I did different was 1 tsp. butter & 2 tsp. of olive oil. I didn't want to change to much in case it would really alter the flavor, I think next time i'll probaly just use 3 tsp of olive oil instead. I'll definitly keep this recipe handy.
