Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
This is an awesome recipe. I made it for St. Patrick's Day yesterday and it was a huge success. So easy to prepare. I made it exactly as stated in the recipe and did not change a thing. It was so moist and tasty. This will be the only recipe I will ever use for Irish Soda Bread. Make sure to watch the video as the dough is very sticky! Try it, it's a real winner. Thank you Karen Christian for a super recipe!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Reviewed: May 29, 2013
These are the best burgers ever!! I made them exactly as stated in the recipe but since I only had thick cut bacon I pre cooked the bacon in the oven at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. They have awesome flavor and are sooooo juicy and easy to make. Husband loved them and I will be making them again! Thanks to the submitter!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
This was the best cheesecake I ever made. Just delicous. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I used an entire package of chocolate cookies (not oreo) and did not strain the berries. Used frozen strawberries as I could not find frozen raspberries. Used Splenda instead of sugar and you could not tell at all. It cracked but who really cares! When cooled and out of the pan I put the berry sauce in the little indentation on top. Made it and froze it for Easter and will definitely make again. The one is a winner! Thanks CindyAnn for a terrific recipe.

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: May 10, 2012
This is a fast & delicious recipe that we really enjoyed. Only change would be to add the french fried onions at the end, about 15 minutes before finished, as mine started to burn & I had to cover the dish with foil. I added a pound of sauteed hamburger & a chopped onion to make this a main dish. I will definitely make this again. It would be great to double or triple the amount for a large party. So good!

Strawberry Coffee Cake

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
My husband & I LOVED THIS RECIPE. Thank you Rose. I didn't change a thing in the recipe and it was just delicious. Easy, easy, easy. Next time, though, I would chop the strawberries for easier slicing of the cake. Also, I prefer it served chilled. I intend to make this with other types of berries and double the recipe for a 9 x 13 pan.

Southern Pineapple Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
Awesome dish!!!! This is an A plus & easy no fail recipe that I have been making for many years. It goes perfectly with ham & is my son's #1 request for family get-togethers no matter the occasion or menu. It can be make the day before (unbaked). I now use Panko crumbs on top for a real crunch & cut way down on the sugar to about 1/2 cup. Also, Splenda works well. Try it!!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
EXCELLENT & EASY, A KEEPER FOR SURE. Thanks KBehrens2 for a terrific dessert. Husband is diabetic so I used sugar free pudding & low fat Cool Whip. Took it to a friends for dinner & all loved it & no one could believe it was so good & was virtually sugar free. Would recommend doubling the chocolate sauce (thanks to the reviewer for chocolate sauce recipe) as it is very good. Splenda used in the sauce was really good and worked beautifully.
