Excellent! But cannot imagine keeping them in a jar...I eat them too fast! Agree low temperatures...but had oven on 300 for about 5 minutes, then shut the oven off...it was time for dinner! After dinner, kitchen cleaned, pecans were perfect!

Chicken Marsala

Excellent! Family LOVED it! Didn't have marsala - used red cooking wine and white cooking wine instead of sherry...and now reading other reviews thickening the sauce would have been super! Used Baby Bella mushrooms cut in quarters! Delicious!!!

Busy Night Turkey Taco Soup with Avocado Cream

Really was quick! I didn't use the cilantro ... quadrupled the recipe...everyone in the family loved it...they argued over who would get the leftovers!! And I'm sure it would be even better if left to simmer longer! But in 20 minutes it was great!
