Grandmother's Famous Cranberry Bread

With so many raisins and cranberrries, this remided me of a fruit cake. It was dense, but tasted ok. Although, I wouldn't make it again.

Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce

I feel this recipe is not worth the extra work. A very similar result can be achieved from a basic cranberry recipe with sugar, water and cranberries.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

I have made this recipe many times to rave reviews! I did make a few changes though. I used 1 1/2 pakcages of crescent rolls for the crust and used the remaining half a package to create a lattice on the top of the bars. I also omitted the sour cream because I didn't have any on hand. Enjoy!

Smushed Apples and Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Banana Bread

Although my husband liked it, I found this bread to be very salty. I would recommend reducing the amount of salt......or even trying another recipe.

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake III

I will say that I did not care for this recipe at all, but I did have 2 guests rave about it. The cake does not look appealing because the jello turns into a goo on the top of the cake. I would try another recipe.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Great recipe! I cut the recipe in half and baked it in an 8x8 pan for about 20 minutes. I also used the Cream Cheese Frosting II recipe listed on this site. A big hit with everyone!

This is fantastic! I have been searching for a cream cheese frosting that is not too sweet and this is it! It is the perfect proportion of cream cheese, butter, and sugar. Enjoy!

Three Bean Salad

This is a great recipe for three bean salad! Per the recommendation of other reviewers I reduced the amount of sugar, but next time I will use the full amount. I like the salad on the sweet side.

Scalloped Potatoes I

So, I made the recipe using a 11x14 glass dish. I wound up throwing out 30% of the potatoes because 4 potatoes were just too much. The result lacked flavor & there wasn't enough sauce.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

I guess I will be the only one NOT to give this recipe an enthusiastic review. To me, there was just too much butter, sour cream etc. and too little potato. I might try it again and reduce all ingredients accept the potatoes.

Watergate Salad

This is a great recipe for watergate salad! I tried it once with regular pistachio pudding and the next time with sugar free. DEFINITELY use REGULAR pudding. The after taste of the sugar free is TERRIBLE! I didn't feel that the coconut added much taste & I will probably eliminate it next time.

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Absolutely fantastic! So juicy and tasty I forgot it was turkey! My boyfriend asked if we could make it again tomorrow! My only changes: I used canned mushrooms, green onions, and I mixed the blue cheese into the turkey mixture because I was cooking it on my George Foreman grill. I definitely recommend this one! Enjoy!
