My favorite foods range from gourmet to southern style soul food!I have a very eclectic palate I suppose one could say. I grew up in a household with culinary influences stemming from New York, New England, Portugal, Ireland and Birmingham, Alabama.
My favorite things to cook
I love everything from southern fried chicken, cornbread, stuffing, collard greens, filet mignon, salmon, swordfish, paella, lasagna, spaghetti, saurkraut and polish sausage, and corned beef. I'm trying to learn more and more as I go, but I am very new at cooking.
