Chicken Supreme IV

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2004
Fantastic! I also added chopped onion to the mushrooms. Also, instead of shredding the cheese, I just sliced it about 1/4 inch thick and put it on top of each chicken breast. Turned out great, and will be making it again for sure!!!

Sesame Beef

This was great! I used 1 1/2 lbs of steak, one entire bunch of green onions, and it was excellent! Just enough sauce for that amount of meat. Thanks!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

This was great! I only had the 6 inch tortillas so I used 8, used a 15oz can of beans and right around half the cheese. Also used reduced fat sour cream and soup. Tasted great, picky husband loved it!!! Next time I'm going to try it with hamburger. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I omitted the mushrooms though. I used just about one can of broth and that worked out well. Will me making this recipe from now on instead of the boxed kind...very easy and super good!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2002
Wow! This had great flavor! The only thing I did differently was I omitted the salt and used celery salt instead of celery seed. Since the breasts I used were pretty thick, I turned them halfway through cooking..turned out perfectly, served over egg noodles. Will make again!

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2002
This was excellent!!!! Wonderful flavor! It does take some time with the chopping but is worth it. I put boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot with a little broth and let them cook all day; they shredded effortlessly and saved some time. I made 2 small quesadillas instead of one large one. The secret to flipping...nonstick pan, Pam and a big spatula!! Will definitely make these again!!

Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2002
These were great!! I also used reduced fat sour cream instead of yogurt and also used lowfat soup. I used only 1lb of hamburger and had enough for 9 enchiladas! Great change of pace from traditional, will make again!

S.O.P.P.

This was great! I added some garlic powder and Italian seasoning for kicks. I think maybe next time I will cook the sausage seperately, drain it on paper towels and add it in the last 1-2 min of cooking. I used turkey smoked sausage and it still rendered a lot of fat! Great recipe though, with great flavor! Thanks!

Baked Salmon II

Great recipe! Next time I will probably reduce the amount of basil, as it overpowered the fish. I also just covered the baking dish with foil and cooked it that way. Great moist, flaky fish.

Angel Chicken Pasta

This was awesome! I remembered the comments about there not being enough sauce, so I only used 2 chicken breasts, 2 1/2 oz of angel hair and did the rest as is. It was the perfect amount for two people. Fabulous recipe, will definitely be making it again!!

This was great! I think next time I'll add more chicken though as it seemed like the pound of spaghetti overran it. I also used Light Alfredo sauce and it turned out great!!!
