Thai Pork Satay
WOW~ I loved this recipe!!!! I thought that chunky peanut butter sounded a bit strange for a marinade but I was so glad that I went ahead and used it. The peanut chunks tasted great and made these kabobs look very impressive. The combination of ingredients and flavors in this is exceptional. Next time I will double the recipe. This is a new family favorite!!! Thanks for this great recipe.

Hawaii Chicken
~Wow~ this was so easy and delicious! I doubled the sauce and added ginger and a little extra brown sugar. I also used boneless skinless chicken thighs because that is what I had on hand. (I reduced the cooking time to 30 minutes.) Chicken was so tender and the sauce was very flavorful. My husband LOVED it and there were no leftovers! A definite keeper. Thanks for the great idea.

Almond Lemon Chicken
This was a great recipe with lots of flavor. I used thighs instead of breasts (because that's what I had already thawed out) and doubled the amount of marmalade for a little sweeter flavor. Worked great. My husband LOVED it. I will have to try this again soon!
