No-Bake Cheesecake Flag Cake
I have made this recipe twice and both times it was delicious. The first time I made it was for our annual forth of July party. Everyone liked it and my dad kept going back for more. He liked that it was not too sweet. My mother thought it was too lemony and would have preferred a "real" cheesecake. The second time I made it I increased the vanilla and decreased the lemon. I think if you complete omit the lemon it would be too plain. When I made it the last time I used apple and pear because they are in season. Still delicious. It is a really simple recipe that just gets better as it sits in the fridge. Thank you Chef John!

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
I cannot believe that I have not reviewed this recipe before! This is my favorite pumpkin recipe and very high up on overall cupcake recipes. I slightly change the recipe each time (always leaving out the crystallized ginger) and it has turned out great each time. I just made them tonight and used a lot more pumpkin the the recipe calls for because I got the large can and they still taste great. It usually makes more than 24 cupcakes. I have taken them to school multiple times and people keep asking for them. The head of my school loves them. I alternate between using a cream cheese icing and serving them plain. The flavor is so good and strong that I prefer them plain but most of the kids love the frosting. This is a great, easy, perfect recipe for fall (and the rest of the year when I start craving it).

Cheese Lasagna
I admit that I did not really follow the recipe but I used the main ideas. Cheese, noodles, eggs, sauce, ect. I added spinach and it turned out wonderful. I used Newman's Own spaghetti sauce which gave it a wonderful flavor. Delicious!
