Fried Cauliflower

this was pretty bland so I put some parmesan cheese into the breading and also some garlic powder and onion powder....not bad after it was doctored up.... ;-)

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

I'm like all the others...ADD MORE GARLIC... I make dough in my bread machine. Also add more mixture to dip it in. I also used more parmesan cheese. This was really good, so I suggest you make it.I will be making this recipe often. Bonnie

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

This recipe was superb!!!It's the best banana cake I ever ate.So delicious with cream cheese frosting....The only thing I done different was add more walnuts to the batter..you can never have enough walnuts in a recipe like this one!!! This recipe done just fine in a 9x13 pan.Just bakes a little longer.. This cake had great depth. Bonnie Freeport, Pa.

Cassie's Zucchini Brownies

These brownies were super..I added twice as much zucchini since I have an abundant supply.I also added an extra one half cup of walnuts to it.You can never have enough walnuts in brownies!!! I also put buttercream icing on them and it was excellent...These were very moist. For those of you who said they turned out like cake must have used a regular cake pan....This was so easy too., and didn't take long to make....thanx for the recipe, Cassie !

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

This recipe was really good.I used provolone cheese. My husband really liked it too.I had a lot of breading left over so I froze it to use for another day. I use all of my breading over again instead of throwing it away...saves a lot of money....but freeze it right away.... Had a lot of leftovers for another day.. B.S. from PA.
