Italian Easter Bread (Anise Flavored)

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
This was my first time making bread ever, this recipe was perfect! I used vanilla extract instead of the anise and it worked out great. I did expect it to be a little bit sweeter, but I've never had this bread before so I don't really know how it is supposed to taste. I highly recommend this.

Excellent recipie! I've never attempted Tuna before now, and this dish came out wonderful. It was a little salty so next time I will cut back on the salt. I used yellowfin and it tasted great!

Soooo tender! I recommend lite soy sauce next time, and I will be making it with boneless chicken next time. Overall though really great, my husband was begging for seconds!

Texas Cowboy Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Wonderful! I didn't have regular pinto beans so I used pinto beans in chili sauce and just nixed the chili powder. I took the suggestions of other reviewers and halved everything with the exception of the beef (my husband likes a little more meaty stew) and overall I am very pleased with the result. Hearty, filling, and I still had tons and tons left over. This is the perfect stew for a cold night. But next time I think I will be adding a little bit more heat as I like a little more spice/heat in my food.
