I have never been much a cook, so I just did not do it. I now realize that if I just do a little preparation for meals, and follow the recipes that I am a very good cook. I lost 75 + pounds through diet and exercise. I don't like diet food so now I just cook, watch my proportions and exercise like a mad woman. I love it.

We really don't have any. My parents did not cook a lot when I was growing up.
