Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham
First time using this recipe and while I didn't see it as being very unique at first glance I'd never used a bag for ham before and this had a few additional ingredients in the sauce. And it was AWESOME! I'll do it this way every time with no changes. For newer cooks, ham is one of the easiest things to cook – just don’t overcook and you can’t go wrong. This was really easy – prepare the ham with the pineapples and cherries first, put it in the bag and then pour over the sauce. I did two 8Ib hams at once at 375 for just under 2 hours. I carved one and put in the slow cooker, adding all the sauce left from cooking, for about an hour on low until we hit the road to see family. Reheated upon arrival for about 30 minutes on low. It was perfect! Can’t wait to eat the leftovers!

Green Bean Casserole IV
First try turned out pretty good and was a crowd pleaser for many who have not ever enjoyed the mushroom soup version. Only four stars as I'll add some more spicing and cook a bit longer next time.

Double Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes
I was unsure from the start but it got some good reviews so figured I'd give it a shot. I knew that the potatoes wouldn't cook in the alloted time but still went forward as indicated from recipe. They cooked an hour at 375 and an extra half our after travel to dinner and the potatoes were totally hard. Cooked them for about another hour at about 375 but it was too late for dinner I'll try the leftovers but I'll stick with my tried and true recipe next time (good thing is that I cooked those too and kept these as a side experiment!). If I ever try again, I'll boil the potatoes first.
