Pumpkin Fudge
Delicious and easy recipe. I really like the texture of the cookies. They come out moist and soft, and 20 minutes was the perfect amount of time. I also like the fact that they are not too sweet. Drizzle just a bit of the icing on top for a slightly sweeter cookie, or dip the top of the cookie in the icing for those of you who have a sweet tooth. I added 1 cup of walnuts to the batter before baking. Yum!!

Tiramisu II
This was my first attempt at making Tiramisu, and I have to admit, it turned out pretty well. I've been wanting to make Tiramisu for a while now, and was glad that I found this recipe. I took the advice of the other reviewers and doubled the rum/coffee mixture, but it still wasn't enough. Quadrupling would have been better, and I would have had a better result had I quickly dipped them instead of drizzling the liquid on the cookies. Also, I didn't see the point in splitting the cookies in half. I took the advice of combining the custard with the whipped cream to save a layer, as my pan was quite short. Very good eaten a few hours later, but even better the next day!
