Pineapple Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
Yum! Moist! Pineapple blends into the bread, not chunks of it. I used 1 C oil and 1/4 C applesauce. I also sprinkled coconut on top.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
I used ground turkey. I did as others suggested and sauteed fresh sliced mushrooms and onions. Then I mixed a can of cream of mushroom soup and half a can of beef broth, with a dash of worcestershire sauce. I poured this over the formed patties and baked it in the oven for about 45 minutes. Sooooo tasty.

I added 6 eggs to the mix. Everyone at my table liked it better than the standard breakfast casserole with bread.

Delish! I mixed half ranch dressing and half sour cream for dipping sauce. Mmmmm good. I baked the fries rather than deep frying and everyone still enjoyed it.

Chocolate Caramel Nut Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
So good it should be illegal. The only change I made was to use peanuts, and then after baking and cooling I spread chocolate frosting thinly on top and sprinkled crushed snickers bars on top. Warmed up a bit with vanilla ice cream. YUM!

Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
My family loved this! I changed some things. I did it in layers like lasagna. First I put down some sauce, then noodles, then ricotta/spinach layer (I added one egg to this), then a layer of sauce and chicken, and last, shredded cheese. I repeated this one more time. Then the top is was a layer of noodles, sauce, and cheese. Every piece was gone.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

Very simple. Very tasty. I like it with chicken broth replacing some of the water. I won't buy refried beans again.
