Curried Butternut Squash and Pear Soup

Based on the reviews, I figured this soup would be amazing, so I doubled it right off the bat. I was skeptical, but after blending everything, it was soooo tasty!! Definitely a keeper.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I had high hopes for this recipes based on the other good reviews. Sadly, it was just OK. I gave it 3 stars because it was easy, and a great way to use left over chicken. But, there wasn't much flavor. It tasted like plain breaded chicken. I can't put my finger on what it needs, maybe old bay? maybe lemon? or maybe just an awesome dipping sauce? I followed the recipe exactly.

Beer Margaritas

Absolutely the best margaritas I've ever had! My friends said the same! DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES!! Follow recipe exactly... I would imagine adding sprite or 7up would make it too sweet. Be warned though, these margaritas are potent. So if you like a less tequila taste, start with 8oz, and add according to your taste :) Yum!!!

Kabob Marinade

Yum!! Best kabobs I've ever tasted after using this marinade. Thank you for sharing. Only thing different I will do next time is half the recipe b/c it does make a lot of marinade. :)

Famous Pork Chops

Disappointing. Crust was mushy and flavorless. Chops were overcooked. Only thing that saved this was a can of cream of mushroom soup for dipping.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

The concept of this recipe is great...Quick, easy and tasty. I made some changes b/c I like my casseroles thick. Used cubed chicken breast, only one can of cream soup, 1/2 cup milk, 2TBS butter, onion soup mix and real shredded cheese. Came out super tasty and my 1 yr old loved it!
