Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

This was excellent!! I did add more garlic since we are garlic people and I also added some crushed red pepper for the spice in our life. I roasted the broccoli for 15 mins but will do 10-12 next time. Loved the lemon flavor with this dish!! Would recommend and will make again!!

Chococonut Chip Cookies

Easy Meatloaf

This was AWESOME!! I have tried a few different recipes but this one is the best!! I made it as is except I used cinnamon instead of the nutmeg and extra parmesan. My husband who is Greek, says this recipe was a 12!! Thanks!
