This is a lovely cake. Rich, moist, fluffy, soft, delicious. I followed the recipe precisely but I added 1 cup chopped walnuts for a little crunch and it was divine. It is so irresistable right out of the oven. The crust has a nice crisp to it. Don't ruin that lovely crust with a glaze! A light dusting of powder sugar is all it really needs. Definitely a keeper.
