My favorite things to cook
Anything, I love to keep things simple, if a recipe has too many ingrediants, or too many steps, chances are it's not good. Simple combinations with good ingrediants give the best results.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family was very much a meat and potatoes type of family. I still love it all, from fish to steak, but I've added an addiction to stirfry's and curries.
My cooking triumphs
My biggest claim to fame would be thai, I have pretty much mastered thai foods, and my friends love me for it. Beyond that I'm a master griller, and can pretty much do anything with garlic.
My cooking tragedies
Indian Curries. I have not been able to master the Indian Curry. My favorites being Bhuna and Jalfrezi, not one recipe I've tried comes even close to the curries I enjoy at Indian restaurants. I haven't yet tried making my own Ghee, but I think that may be the key.
