Little Nut Cups

I adore these cookies. They are just like the ones my Grandma used to make (except without the honey). I still make them on occasion & everybody loves them. When ever I make these I use the mini-tart shaper from pampered chef & I can make them really quickly. First I divide the dough in half, then quarters, then eighths, I keep on this way until I have a little ball of dough in every space of 4 mini muffin tins. Then I use the mini tart shaper to form the cups. I submerse the tart shaper in flour between each cup. I can whip these out like nobodies' business.

Rhubarb Sour Cream Pie

I am always looking for a way to use rhubarb. So I made this pie with great hopes. This pie was way too sweet. I really missed the tartness of the rhubard. Probably won't make it again.

Cranberry Stuffed Turkey Breasts

Did not like it. The turkey was too dry. I had trouble tying the breast. The turkey was too thin to hold the filling and broke up. It was a mess. It did not look very appitizing and was not very flavorful.

Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots

I am always looking for tasty, quick dinners. This meets the criteria. My husband works days & I work midnights. So when he leaves work he calls me to wake me up. I get up and cook dinner. By the time he gets home (1 hr) dinner is ready. This dinner was delicious. I think next time I'll double the liquid so there will be more of that delicious sauce! This recipe is definitley going into the rotation!

Cheesy Acorn Squash

I have always been mystified by squash and never much cared for it. But this recipe was delicious. It is nice to have an alternative way to cook it besides butter & maple syrup. I will definately cook it again. My boyfriend, Mr. Meat & Potatoes Loved it!

Shepherd's Pie Complete

Easter Lamb Cake II

This recipe was really easy and tasty. It baked in the mold perfectly with no problems. It came out of the mold fine. I frosted it using a pastry bag. Frosting it took about 5 minutes!

Cheesy Potatoes I

This recipe was easy to make. However, after reading previous ratings I substituted 1/2 the velveta with sharp cheddar, added 1 T. of flour to the milk and doubled the cooking time. Everyone loved them and I was asked for the recipe! I would definately make these again!
