Black Magic Cake

This is really the best chocolate cake recipe I have ever had. I suggest checking how strong the coffee turns out to be first, if it is too strong don't use all the amount, use 1/4 less or so, it u use the entire cup in taste too strong

French Salad Dressing

I thought it was good and different but nothing great. I also put less sugar since I though it was too sweet and used 1 tablespoon of lemon juice instead of 1 teaspoon. It makes a lot of sauce I would recommend to do half for 4 people and still have some left

Buttercream Icing

I thought they were easy to make but extremely sweet. I would have done it with a little more vanilla and less sugar (maybe 3 and a half cups). They are good and creamy the first day but the next day the frosting becomes very stiff and u can feel the sugar a lot. So do it to eat the same day!

Ham and Cheese Bowties

I changed it a little bit: I used penne instead of bows and used like 16 onz because it is a lot of sauce. I put peas and a lot more christmas ham because I love it. I used mozzarella cheese and gouda cheese because those where the ones I had, top with parmesan, I added a little more milk to the sauce because I thought it was too thick but nevertheless it dried more in the oven so be aware of that, overall VERY GOOD.

AWESOME. I didnt use marjoram nor anchovies, I used half the honey because I read some people said without the anchovies it was very sweet. It was very good

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake

It is sooooo good. Because we dont hace sour cream in my country i used 3/4 cup buttermilk + 1/3 cup butter to make 1 cup of sour cream. You can put chopped pecans inside too.

Cake with Buttercream Decorating Frosting

Very good and easy to make. For me it was too sweet I made the entire recipe but used 3/4 of the sugar. It makes a lot of frosting so I recomend to make half the recipe to decorate about 50 cupcakes

Cream Filled Cupcakes

Very good taste specially the filling, everyone said it tasted like a twinkie Im a doctor so a used a 60 cc syringe to fill them from the side to the top (very easy!) U used ocean011 frosting everyone seem to like it but I personally didnt.

Chicken Noodle Casserole

sooo good. I made half the recipe but with a little more pasta (200gr) so it would be for 5 people. I put 140 gr of regular cheddar cheese instead of the 80 gr that half of the recipe asks for and I totally loved it, is not to much cheese. I used thyme instead of savory.

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

This was a success when I made it for Valentine's day, my boyfriend and his family loved it. It was easy to make, just remember that when you check to see if they are done from the oven, the tester will always come with a little chocolate specially if you poke the middle of the cupcake (this because the chocolate chip melts) so it doesnt mean it needs more cooking!
