Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I have baked several cheesecakes and thought I would try this because of the many good reviews. About 4 stars for taste and 2 stars for directions. It can work with modifications. But not without. 1. Temperature too high, will burn. Try 325 or 300 degrees. 2. Crust measurements off, will be crumbly.Try 8 whole graham crackers. 3. Flour should not be added at end, will be lumpy. Try adding in with sugar. 4. Do not bake without steam bath or water bath, will bake unevenly and crack.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

This is the best wheat bread I have made to date. I have even made the sponge (step 1) the night before and refrigerated it until morning with good results. Very Soft and stays soft for many days. Thanks for the recipe.

German Sweet Chocolate Cake I

This was the best german chocolate cake I have ever eaten. So moist and yummy! Got better the longer it sat. Only change was to make about 3/4 the frosting.

Zippy Ground Beef Skillet

My family liked this. Here is what I did. One 14 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes instead of plain, less jalepeno (still plenty hot), and I stirred in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar at the end. Thanks for the recipe.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns
