I have baked several cheesecakes and thought I would try this because of the many good reviews. About 4 stars for taste and 2 stars for directions. It can work with modifications. But not without.
1. Temperature too high, will burn. Try 325 or 300 degrees.
2. Crust measurements off, will be crumbly.Try 8 whole graham crackers.
3. Flour should not be added at end, will be lumpy. Try adding in with sugar.
4. Do not bake without steam bath or water bath, will bake unevenly and crack.
