Easy to make and very tasty! Made this for Christmas and everyone loved it. I did use a ginger snap crust instead of plain vanilla and I also added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg to the cheesecake mixture.

Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Made this Christmas morning for my family. We all loved it! You really do need the cream of mushroom soup on top of this to make it moist enough. Also, I used a whole French baguette instead of 8 slices of regular bread.

Apple Cranberry Crisp

Very good! I used 3 Gala apples and 2 Granny Smith, but next time I'll only use 2 Galas because 4 apples was enough. The topping made a good amount to cover the entire dish and made a nice, thick crust. Will make again.

Shoepeg Corn Casserole

I followed the recipe to the T and it was entirely too 'soupy' for me. It really lacked something. It was too runny. Maybe if you added more corn or green beans or even rice or potatoes this would have been bettter. Will not be making again...
