I thought this was a fantastic soup! I noticed some complaints of the soup turning out too thin or too sweet so instead of adding instant potatoes and cutting other ingredients as suggested, I just used as really large butternut squash - probably almost 4 lbs - and 1.5 acorn squashes (the other half I pureed into baby food!) But that turned out to be a really nice velvet soup with the perfect sweetness! Kept a few servings in the fridge and froze the rest for later. But if you think the soup is too thin just add more squash!!
