Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
These tasted SO GOOD! My sister and I love our cheesy potatoes (which is what we call these). Most people make them as a side but we eat so much of it we consider it a meal within itself. The first time I made these I tripled the recipes and made a big batch of them. They turned out SO good. My husband and I couldn't stop eating them. Made exactly as is and perfect!

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
Mmmm, had them for dinner again last night... for the hundredth's time. This is everyone's favourite. My husband never stops talking about it during dinner cause it's so good. I love the crunchy cereal and the seasoned bread crumbs. You get the crunch of deep-dried chicken, without the fat! So healthy and yummy. We make this 1-2 times a month!

Brownie Biscotti

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
This was the second Biscotti I've made from this website and love this one as well. Although my Nonna asks for the other one (she isn't huge on chocolate) my mom always asks me to make these ones! She loves them so when I make them I make a BIG batch so that way my mom can freeze them (cause that's what us Italians do). These are so good and they're not complete without the drizzle of icing or chocolate. Yum!

Biscotti Toscani

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
I come from an Italian family, so I've grown up eating different biscotti's from the ladies in our family. Well, I wanted to make them myself one day and came across this one. I LOVE IT! And guess what? So did my Nonna, who isn't one for trying anything not from her recipe book. She asks me to make them with her all the time for weddings and company. She loves them! And that's saying something from an old-school Italian. Sometimes when I don't have orange zest I use lemon juice and they still taste great! You can really change these up if you want to. A keeper!

Cinnamon Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2011
I've made this exact recipe so many times! I absolutely love it! There has been times when I've used JUST icing sugar and they still turn out yummy (though they do not hold their shape when you use icing sugar. They are still VERY good though). My sister, who isn't much of a cookie eater, asks for these all the time. Everyone loves them. Although I do EXACTLY what the recipe says (hence the 5 stars) there are times I don't roll the dough into a log but into a ball. When it comes time to placing the cookies on the sheet I roll the dough into balls with my hands and because the dough is cold it's supper simple. Sometimes when I'm in a cinnamon mood I'll add cinnamon to the actual dough. Overall, the exact recipe is perfect and a keeper!
