Ramen Spinach Pasta Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
Different, but not bad. I only used one package of ramen noodles, and had to sustitute or completely omit many of the salad ingredients. I left the dressing on the side and only used the one seasoning packet, but it came out surprisingly well. After letting the lemon, garlic and seasoning sit for fifteen minutes I whisked it with the mayo and olive oil and then let it sit in the fridge for a half hour. It mellowed considerably and thickened a bit, as well. Not for everyone, but I would probably make this again.

Baked Kielbasa and Potatoes in Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2003
This dish turned out far better than I expected. I baked this covered for an hour at 375, then uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 and it was perfect. I also added a couple of cans of pineapple chucks (drained), which added just a tiny bit of sweetness that accentuated the other flavors well. Great recipe!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2002
This was good the first time I made it, and the second time I added some sauteed onions and a little marmalade and my husband swore it tasted just like the TGI Friday's Jack Daniel's sauce. I did half honey/half syrup and added a dash of soy sauce. Excellent!

Pineapple Glaze for Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2001
This is an excellent glaze that provides a wonderful flavor - this was the first ham I've ever made and it was a huge hit with my husband and my in-laws. My mother-in-law wants me to make this for Christmas dinner! Excellent taste and not hard at all.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2001
This was our first try at enchiladas, and even though it was kind of difficult (we don't cook much), they came out wonderfully. Definitely reduce the amount of water, and we doubled the amount of cheese and used that mexican blend cheese you can buy already packaged. Wonderful!
