Since I was cooking for two, I cut the recipe in half. I used the recommend reduced brown sugar amount, 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup (so for half a recipe I used >1/3 cup. It was the 3oz mark on my Pyrex measuring cup). To halve the eggs, I went with two since people were noting some egginess. I baked it in an 8x8 square dish, and it was so wonderful. I'd eat it everyday!
