Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

The sauce was tasty, but it was like eating lots of bread with chicken. Also, the chicken got too dry. I would consider cooking it in less time.

Shrimp Pizza

Very yummy. I used a generous amount of Seven Seas salad dressing on the crust for extra flavor. I also used an already made pie crust, and because I like typically like my pizza hot, I layered everything, then cooked the pizza. If I had to do it over again, I would cook the crust first, then layer, and place in the oven again to give the crust more crunch.However, I did have did eat the pizza cold for lunch leftovers at work, and it was still yummy.

Chicken in Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Very tasty. I skipped the olives and added mushrooms. I also served it over aborio rice. Unlike some other reviews, I didn't find it too salty, even after accidently adding more capers than was needed.

Tequila Shrimp

It was definitely very easy. Based on some of the comments, I cut back on the tequila and only used a 1/3 cup of it. I also used 1/4 cup or less of dried cilantro because I didn't have 1/2 cup of fresh, but I topped the dish with fresh. Although, my guests really liked it and even asked for the recipe, I found it to be O.K., but I'm not a big shrimp person. I also served it over pasta and I think it might be better over a salad.

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken

Would make it again. I had to use bone in chick thighs, but it still turned out very good. I used medium salsa for fear that hot salsa would be too spicy for me, but I would use hot salsa next time. By the time it was done, the medium salsa seemed mild.

It was O.K. Not sure if I would make it again. Like eveyone mentioned, I added more liquid - 9 cups in total (3 cups water & 6 cups chick broth). I also doubled the spices.
