Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
These pancakes are very yummy and very filling! I made 1/2 a batch and it fed 6 people on Saturday, and had enough left to feed 2 more people on Sunday. Will be making for all special occasion breakfasts!

Pizza Crust for Bread Machine

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
This makes the best crust for homemade pizza and cheesy bread. I served both at a party and made the crusts the day before and kept in the fridge. Talk about deep dish, they were great. It worked great for stuffed crust too (Mozz. string cheese tucked all around the edge). Extra yummy. Will be the only pizza crust I use from now on!!

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
These muffins are so good. The sugar on top before baked just adds a little something special. I forgot to add it when I made them over the weekend, they were still awesome, but I just love that extra crunch! A great recipe that works well with raspberry and peaches too! A definite keeper.

Butter Snow Flakes

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2005
These were not the best cookies I have made, they did not have the taste I was looking for. Way too much of a cream cheese flavor. Sorry.

Pilgrim Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2005
Very yummy! I used half honey, half white sugar. The whipped cream needs extra ginger and honey, as is it doesn't have much flavor.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2005
These need more than five stars. They are awesome. I made a double batch and used vanilla instead of the brandy. After the few holiday parties I have taken them too so far, they have been the most demanded. Everyone is talking about them and asking for the recipe. I am going to have to make another double batch before the holidays are over! Thanks so much for the recipe!!

These were fun and easy to make. I did increase the sugar and decrease the milk as suggested in an earlier review. Yummy!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2005
This was good, I did use one extra can of beans and a can of white sweet corn. I drained everything before adding it and also put 2 cans of the beans in the food processor to created a more thick and creamy texture. Thanks for the recipe and thanks for all the great tips!

Upside Down Caramel Apple Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2005
As other reviews advised, this was not the best looking pie, but it sure did taste good! I doubled the amount of 'caramel' on the bottom, and also sprayed the plate with nonstick cooking spry before adding the caramel mix. Used my own apple pie recipe, for which there really is no recipe. Cooked it at a lower temperature about 375. I was excellent with vanilla ice cream! Will be making again!

Sweet Garlic Tomato Beef Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2005
This makes a big pot of good 'noodle stuff' as my dad calls it. I usually add a can of tomato sauce and leave 2 cans of diced tomatoes just as they are. The leftovers are great heated up! Perfect for a cold fall day.

Apple Pie Waffles

I was a little disappointed. These were not awful, not good either. They took forever to cook and didn't really have much flavor.

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2005
This is a very easy, very tasty pork roast. I used a pork loin, that's what was on sale. I cook all the time, my boyfriend usually doesn't say much, so it's hard to tell if he like something or not. He was raving about how good this was, what a surprise! Great recipe!

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2005
This chicken salad is so good! I had heavy cream left over after making frosting for a cake and had lots of chicken, so I made it over the weekend and I didn't last long. Substituted low-fat miracle whip for the mayo, and cut down the celery to 3/4 cup and toasted the almond. Used it on pita bread, crackers, and on lettuce, it was wonderful all ways. Can't wait to make it for a large group! Thanks for the recipe!
