Peanut Butter Frosting

I use this to frost the 'Deep Dish Brownies' also from this site. Cut them into bite size pieces, they are to die for! Everyone loves them. So good, I am making them for a birthday party tomorrow!! They will always be a hit.

Chocolate Dipped Orange Biscotti

This recipe did not turn out at all for me. I make biscotti often and it is great, these turned out so hard you could not even bite them (not even after a very long dip in coffee). I will not be making again.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These rolls are so yummy, even better served with honey butter. I do not spread the butter on before shaping, but usually brush them with melted butter when they come out of the oven. Great recipe!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This soup is so good, I made it about 5 months ago just as the recipe stated except I used chicken broth in place of the beer. It was awesome. I just made it again yesterday but with altered ingredients as to what I had on hand, it was still great (I used 2 cans of chili beans (no black), and added an extra can of stewed tomatoes because I did not have any sauce, once again used chicken broth no beer, and didn't have any corn either). I can't wait to get home and reheat it for dinner!

Chocolate Cherry Biscotti

I made these for the holidays along with another biscotti from this site. They were so good; I just finished that last of these out of the freezer the other day. I will be making another batch to freeze, as they freeze well and are excellent to take out and have with coffee! YUM!

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

These were so good; I made them for the holidays and am still taking them out of the freezer occasionally to dip in coffee. The hardest part was having to crack all of the hazelnuts; I couldn't find them anywhere that were out of the shell. This will not stop me from making again, which will be very soon as my supply in the freezer is almost gone!

Light Sloppy Joes

These are sooooo good, and good for you. I love to cook with ground turkey; the red pepper is a great addition to regular old sloppy joes. I have to stop thinking about it, they’re making me hungry!!

This recipe is so good, and so easy. I love having something cook all day so when you come home it is ready to go. Definitely need to make sure your roast is large enough for leftovers!

Amish Macaroni Salad

This recipe gets five stars for sure! I love the macaroni salad you can buy in the deli at the grocery store, and this was even better than that. The only thing I may do next time is cut down on the amount of onion, I'm not sure if mine was just too strong, but a little less of maybe a sweet onion would be great. I will be making this over and over this summer, can't wait!

Deep Dish Brownies

These are so yummy! I used splenda baking blend to cut the calories, added chocolate chips too. Cut them into small 2-bite brownies, everyone enjoyed them. These freeze nicely! Can't wait to make again.

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge

Garlic Bread

This makes a very good, very large loaf of bread. We used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches and ate it plain with butter. I had so much left that I cut it up and made croutons with it, they were awesome! Will definitely make it again.

Cream Filled Cupcakes

As per other reviewers, I did not use the actual cake recipe. I made devils food cupcakes and filled with the cream, they were to die for. All the kids loved them, as well as the adults. I think I over filled them because I didn't have enough to fill all 24 cupcakes. It was still awesome, can't wait to make again!
